Welcome to Leadership Seed! We are a not-for-profit organization focused on public leadership development and advocacy in Nigeria. Leadership Seed Foundation was founded by a group of accomplished young Nigerian professionals, with founder Austin Ufomba and co-founder Uzoma Nwagba, with a hope to rally people who are moved deeply by Nigeria's leadership challenges. We are devoting our time around this passion, first to understand, and then to teach, foster, and celebrate a mindset of ethical public leadership among Nigerian youth. It is our mission to contribute uniquely to a growing movement to raise the next generation of credible and principled public servants who will have no other choice but to move Nigeria forward.
